In the heart of Nundah, a thoughtful design and build approach transformed a site in a demolition control precinct into a sleek development of three townhouses. These spacious townhouses were crafted with modern, open-plan living ideal for entertaining.
Each home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms (including a master with an ensuite), a powder room, and a separate laundry. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas seamlessly flow onto a covered patio that opens into a private yard—perfect for easy indoor-outdoor living. With all the living spaces on the ground level, the design prioritised accessibility and connection to the outdoor areas.
The sloping site was expertly levelled, maximising usable outdoor space for each townhouse, resulting in homes that are both functional and perfectly suited to modern family living.
