This commercial fit out of a picture framing shop and café at Toowong Village was undertaken whilst the centre was still fully operational. The scope of the work included the construction of a large back of house storage and assembly area, and a large high end shop front.
Some of the works included specialist cabinetry joinery and partitioning, commercial glazing and the installation of security track doors that could be stored in concealed voids. Significant emphasis was placed on the installation of services such as fire, electrical and lighting, air conditioning, compressed air, plumbing and drainage and audio systems.
The work was undertaken out of hours so as not to disrupt the operations of the centre during opening hours. We worked closely with centre management to satisfy their requirements and collaboratively with the client during this fast turnaround project.
