A house raise and build under with additions in a traditional style in keeping with the character of the existing Ashgrove house. Through the use of multiple gable roof lines and covered verandahs, the house definitely delivered on the client’s brief of great street appeal.
There was a greater than doubling of internal usable space to create a five bedroom, upstairs downstairs separate living spaces entertainers house. There was also extensive engineering required to deliver a large flat usable yard, transforming what was previously a steep sloping site.
